Equinza Privacy Policy

Equinza is an Arvency product. For privacy matters, contact us at contact@arvency.com.

We process account and profile data you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, identifier, emergency contact and club memberships. We also process bookings, lessons, messages, notifications and equestrian activity linked to your account.

When you start training, Equinza may use precise location, including in the background during a protected ride, and motion sensors. The camera is used only when you choose to scan a class check-in QR code.

We use data to provide the app, authenticate you, manage clubs and bookings, record training, provide safety features, send requested communications and protect the service. Processing is based on providing the service, consent where required and legitimate security interests.

We use technical providers including Supabase for authentication and storage, Expo for builds and notifications, Google Maps for Android maps, and necessary infrastructure and analytics services.

We retain data while your account is active and for any additional period required by legal or security obligations. We apply access controls, encryption in transit and club data separation.

You can access and update your data in the app. You may also request access, correction, objection, restriction or portability at contact@arvency.com. Device permissions can be withdrawn in system settings.

You can permanently delete your account in Profile → Privacy and security → Delete account, or use equinza.com/en/delete-account. Deletion does not affect records we must retain by law.

We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change. The effective date is shown on this page.
